The contribution is $300 per team, tax deductible.  All registrations are accepted on a space-available basis. A minimum of 10 players per team and no more than 20.

You may also print the Registration Form and return it with cash, money order or check payable to The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Inc. (HFPG Inc.) Please indicate on the check memo line "Splash Fund."
